Strule Shared Education Campus, Omagh
The Woodvale Lowry JV are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the iconic Strule Shared Education Campus in Omagh, Co. Tyrone, for the Department of Education.
This £200million + project is one of the largest infrastructure developments in the northwest, with work scheduled to commence in January 2025 and completion set for Autumn 2027.

Why Join Us?
As a potential subcontractor, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the newly formed Woodvale Lowry JV LTD, with subcontract agreements based on NEC 3 ECC Subcontract Option 3 (Target Cost). This Contract offers:
- Pain Share: Costs exceeding the target by up to 10% will be shared equally, while costs above 110% will be borne by the subcontractor
- Gain Share: Savings up to 2.5% below the target value will be shared equally, with further savings retained by the main contractor.
We can also provide further details on any Z clauses that modify the standard NEC 3 terms.
